We live in Esquimalt, we build in Esquimalt, and we drive past our projects on the way to get milk. That's not a coincidence — that's accountability.
We started Xquimalt Developments in 2019 with one lot and a company name that was, genuinely, a joke. Six years later the joke is on us — every single project we've done has been in Esquimalt. We've stopped fighting it.
Between us we bring 35 years of combined experience. But experience only tells you so much. What actually matters is what you do when things don't go to plan — and in development, they always don't. We course correct. Fast, and without ego. We'll tear out a wall if that's what it takes. We recalibrate in real time, continuously, and we never confuse stubbornness with confidence.
We are not the developers who build for awards. There's a lot of ego in this industry — everyone wants to build the flashiest thing on the block. We've never been interested in that. We think there's a beauty in the everyday. In the spaces where people actually live.
